Encore Pediatric Room

Custom Possibilities

When we introduced the Concert™ modular wall system,
architects and medical staff applauded its organization,
improved workflow and style. But not all applications demand
Concert’s steel construction or electronic versatility. So, they asked
if we could make something simpler at a lower price point.
Yes — Encore.

Encore's robust wood frame allows you to arrange functional and decorative tiles in custom shapes and sizes without the typical high price of customization. It allows for custom-designed backdrops, angles, curves and backlighting that make design possibilities extraordinary. And you can add, remove, or reconfigure elements without the costs, disorder, and disruption of a construction project. It can even be integrated into existing case work and offers a great alternative to millwork.

Beautiful Innovation

With incredible ease, you can harmoniously integrate the décor elements that inspire patient healing with the utilitarian components that help medical staffs bring it about. Simply choose a frame from a broad range of sizes. Insert interchangeable decorative tiles, shelving, accessories, dispensers and storage units into the frame. Encore’s layered look adds richness to the room. Its soft backlighting creates a calming ambience and allows you to incorporate beauty and practicality into any space.

Encore with Concert

Flexible Synergy.

Encore wall systems’ simple, flexible design makes it easier to function in a patient room. But there are times when technology would enhance the experience. You can achieve that by installing Raspberry Med’s Concert modular wall system adjacent to Encore. With Concert’s power tile, you can run a Virtual Visitor™ communications system for video conferencing with family, friends and medical consultants or an iPod®, laptop computer and electronic game system.

Well Thought Out.

Here’s how the Encore wall system works:

  1. Mount the robust medium-density fiberboard (MDF) frame to the wall or custom-designed backdrop.
  2. Snap thermofoil, 3D laminated decorative and functional tiles onto the Encore frame. Studs on the back of each tile fit securely in the frame’s spring clips.
  3. Arrange interchangeable tiles and accessories so that what you use most often is within quick reach. If it doesn’t improve the workflow, reconfigure it.
  4. Add rails in-between tiles to insert sharps containers, sanitizer and soap dispensers.

Consisting of a lightweight rail, frame, snap-in tiles, and accessories, Concert is a modular system of interchangeable components that can be configured in nearly infinite ways to create customized wall arrangements for every area in your healthcare facility.
